Returns 

We have a 30-day Return Policy.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges beyond this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods may be exempt from being returned. Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened makeup, lotion, body products.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 weeks.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund as expected, please verify the credit card you used for your purchase.  Then contact your credit card company.  Sometimes it takes 7-14 days for credits to appear on your credit card/bank statement.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via 'Contact Us' @natureearthconnection.com to confirm the return address.  This will ensure that the product is received by the supplier who originally sent it to you.

Shipping 
To return your product within 30 days and in the conditions stated above, you should first email Nature Earth Connection via 'Contact Us' @natureearthconnection.com for the correct return address.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will be for the product that was returned.

Please allow 14-21 days for the returned item to be processed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider tracking your order and hold on to the receipt so that you can track your package.
